JCLawn offers lawn mowers, riding lawn mowers, zero-turn mowers, lawn tractors, outdoor power equipment, parts, accessories, and related products.
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, specifications, images, pricing, and availability displayed on our website are accurate. Product specifications, packaging, availability, and manufacturer information may change without notice.
3. Pricing and Payment
Prices displayed on our website are in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Applicable taxes may be calculated during checkout based on the order and delivery destination.
Payment must be successfully authorized before an order can be processed. We reserve the right to cancel or decline orders involving payment errors, incorrect pricing, inventory discrepancies, suspected fraud, or unauthorized transactions.

If an order is canceled after payment has been successfully processed, the applicable amount will be refunded to the original payment method.
5. Shipping
JCLawn offers free shipping on eligible orders within the shipping areas specified on our website.
Orders are generally processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days.
Estimated delivery is typically 5–7 business days after dispatch. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, freight scheduling, remote locations, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Certain large or heavy products may require freight delivery. Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping and contact information so that delivery can be completed successfully.
6. Order Changes and Cancellations
If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate requests made before the order has entered fulfillment or been dispatched.
Once an order has shipped, it may no longer be canceled and may instead be handled under our Return and Refund Policy.

JCLawn does not charge a restocking fee for eligible returns.
Customers must contact JCLawn before returning merchandise in order to receive return instructions. Please do not send products to our business address unless our support team specifically instructs you to do so.

If a product arrives damaged, defective, or different from the product you ordered, please contact us promptly and provide your order number and appropriate photographs or other supporting information.
After reviewing the issue, JCLawn may provide an appropriate resolution, which may include replacement parts, product replacement, return instructions, or a refund.
