JCLawn 3-Year Warranty

At JCLawn LLC, we stand behind the products we sell. All products purchased directly from JCLawn are covered by our 3-Year Limited Warranty, subject to the terms below.

What Is Covered?

Our 3-Year Limited Warranty covers eligible defects in materials and workmanship that occur during normal and intended use of the product.

If a covered problem occurs during the warranty period, JCLawn will evaluate the claim and determine the appropriate resolution. Depending on the product and issue, the resolution may include repair assistance, replacement parts, product replacement, or another appropriate remedy.

Warranty Period

Warranty coverage lasts for 3 years from the original purchase date. Proof of purchase or the original JCLawn order number may be required when submitting a warranty claim.

What Is Not Covered?

The warranty does not cover damage or problems resulting from misuse, abuse, accidents, improper storage, improper maintenance, unauthorized modifications or repairs, failure to follow operating or maintenance instructions, or normal wear and tear.

Consumable or maintenance items that naturally wear during normal use are not covered solely because of normal deterioration, unless the problem results from an otherwise covered defect.

How to Submit a Warranty Claim

To request warranty service, contact JCLawn customer support and provide:

• Your order number or proof of purchase
• The product name or model
• A description of the problem
• Photos or video showing the issue when applicable
• Any additional information reasonably requested to evaluate the claim

Please do not ship a product to JCLawn without receiving return or warranty instructions from our support team first.

Manufacturer Warranties

Some products may also include a separate manufacturer warranty. Any manufacturer warranty is governed by the applicable manufacturer's own terms and conditions. The JCLawn 3-Year Limited Warranty described on this page applies according to the terms stated here.
