Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. JCLawn offers free shipping on eligible orders within the shipping areas available through our online store.
How long does order processing take?
Orders are generally processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days.
How long does delivery take?
Estimated delivery is typically 5–7 business days after dispatch. Actual delivery times may vary because of carrier operations, weather, holidays, freight scheduling, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
How can I track my order?
When tracking is available, you will receive tracking information for your shipment. You can use the carrier tracking link to follow the delivery progress.
Do your products include a warranty?
Yes. Products purchased directly from JCLawn are covered by our 3-Year Limited Warranty, subject to the terms and exclusions described in our Warranty Policy.
What is your return period?
Eligible products may be returned within 30 days of delivery, subject to our Return and Refund Policy.
Do you charge a restocking fee?
No. JCLawn does not charge a restocking fee for eligible returns.
Can I return a product directly to your business address?
No. Please contact JCLawn before sending a return. Our support team will provide the appropriate return instructions and authorized return destination when applicable.
What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
Contact us promptly with your order number and photographs of the product and packaging when applicable. Our team will review the issue and provide an appropriate resolution.
Can I cancel my order?
Contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel an order. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate cancellation requests before the order enters fulfillment or is dispatched.

Yes. Our selection may include lawn mowers, riding mowers, zero-turn mowers, lawn tractors, outdoor power equipment, parts, and accessories. Product availability is shown on the applicable product pages.
